Teriyaki stir-fry is a dish made with teriyaki sauce, marinated meat or poultry, and vegetables, cooked quickly in a wok. Teriyaki sauce can be made at home or bought in stores. Traditional Japanese teriyaki is made with seafood, while Western cultures use meat or poultry. Vegetables are also added and cooked one at a time. The dish is served with rice.

Teriyaki stir-fry is one of many stir-fried dishes and is usually made with teriyaki sauce. This dish also usually contains some sort of marinated meat or poultry, along with a few vegetables. These ingredients are cooked very quickly over high heat, usually in a special pan known as a wok. When all the ingredients have been cooked, they are usually mixed with the teriyaki sauce and served with rice.

In Japanese cuisine, teriyaki is a popular cooking method that involves cooking marinated meat in teriyaki sauce. This type of sauce can often be found in the Asian cuisine section of most large supermarkets. It can also be made at home using a blend of soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, cornstarch, ginger, and other seasonings.

Traditional Japanese fried teriyaki is often made with certain types of seafood, including fish or shrimp. In Western cultures, however, cooks usually use meat or poultry. Chicken is one of the most common ingredients in teriyaki stir-fry, but beef or pork can also be used. When preparing fried dishes, the meat is usually cut into thin strips against the grain. Teriyaki beef should also be marinated in teriyaki sauce for several hours.

The vegetables are also used to make teriyaki stir-fry. Almost any type of vegetable can be used in stir-fry meals. Onions, peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and squash are popular vegetables that are often used in these types of Asian dishes. To promote even cooking and make the dish easier to eat, these vegetables are cut into evenly sized pieces.

A wok is traditionally used to prepare fried dishes. This is a large skillet with a rounded bottom and high sides. Because the ingredients in this meal are stir-fried, the wok is usually placed over a flame or other heat source until very hot. A small amount of oil with a high smoke point, such as peanut oil, could also be used.

When the pan is very hot, the meat can be added. To fry the meat, it would have to be steadily pushed up the sides of the wok and dropped. Once it is almost fully cooked, it should be removed from the pan and set aside. Stir-fried vegetables should be cooked one at a time, to avoid crowding in the pan. Like meat, they should also be stirred constantly as they cook.

Once all of the stir-fry ingredients have been cooked through, they should all be returned to the wok. More sauce can also be added at this point, and the mixture will usually cook for a few more minutes. Like most other stir-fried foods, teriyaki stir-fry is usually served with white or brown rice.
