There are also some more specific free run tricks used to navigate through certain areas, including “tic-tacs” or “wall kicks” and “cat jumps.” A “tic-tac” is a move in which someone jumps onto the surface of a wall and uses their foot to push off of that wall in order to reach a higher point. This is somewhat similar to a “jump cat” where someone jumps to the surface of a wall, intending to grab onto the top edge of the wall. Using their feet on the wall, the person can get up and climb onto it.
