Different types of travel bottles are available for toiletries, medications, and other items. Airline regulations must be checked before carrying any bottle on a plane. Travel bottles come in various sizes and styles, including spray, pump, dropper, and squeeze bottles. Kits with different bottles are also available. Travel bottles for drinks and baby bottles are also available.

Many people don’t want to take full-sized versions of toiletries, medications, or other items when they travel, so they purchase smaller travel bottles to carry these items. Different types of travel bottles are available for storing these different items, with different types of caps for convenience. While they also come in many different sizes, it’s important to check airline regulations before attempting to carry any bottle on an airplane; they generally need to be smaller than a certain size and kept in a clear plastic bag if they are going to be transported as liquids, otherwise airline staff at the gate will simply throw the items away.

The most common types of travel bottles are simply small clear plastic bottles that will be able to store a few grams of liquids, such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash, among others. Most have simple twist-off or snap-off hoods, but they’re designed not to break or pop open with more intense use, such as when a bag is stowed on an airplane. Other types of travel bottles are also available for storing different types of liquids; these include spray bottles, pump bottles such as those used for hand soap, or dropper or sprayer bottles. Squeeze bottles are also available.

For items such as medicines or vitamins, there are also small plastic jars. These may come with childproof lids or lids that are easier to remove for people who have trouble with twist-off caps. If you travel abroad, however, it is better to keep the medicines in the original packaging together with the relative prescriptions. It’s also important to never mix different types of pills in the same container.

While all of these different types of travel bottles can be purchased individually, you can also purchase them in kits, which will come with numerous bottles of different sizes and styles. These are often designed to be ready for air travel and may even come with the standard size plastic bag for storage if they are going to be carried on the plane. Please note that these size guidelines generally do not apply to bags that will be checked.

There are also travel bottles for other purposes, such as holding drinks. These are typically also made of sturdy plastic or aluminum and are often now free from BPA or BPA, which is a problem in some plastic bottles. There are also travel versions of baby bottles. Larger bottles typically can only be taken on a plane if they’re empty, but they can certainly be used for other types of travel and are better for the environment than constantly buying new bottles of water.
