The countries with the lowest incidence of obesity are Japan and South Korea, both with obesity rates below 5%. Other countries with high obesity rates include Mexico, the United Kingdom and Slovakia, all of which have an obesity rate of around 25%.
The US state with the highest obesity rate is Mississippi and the state with the lowest obesity rate is Colorado. In fact, Colorado is the only state in the US with an obesity rate below 20%.
