If a turnkey solution is chosen, every effort should be made to engage all employees and vendors, where relevant, for an explanation of what is changing and how that change will affect operations. Good communication is a vital component for any new business practice to work in the long run. If employees don’t understand the reason for the change, they may be hesitant to make it work.
