This often involves scheduling hours during business hours for counseling sessions and perhaps paying the cost if it’s not covered by insurance.
Depending on the size of the organization, it may be possible for one person to handle all personnel management functions. As an organization grows, however, there may be a need to transition from a single personnel manager to a personnel management team. While this comes at an additional cost, many organizations have found that overseeing the well-being of their staff ultimately benefits the organization financially.
